Not working on mac

We're had this issue across 3 different mac

It works fine on the PC, but when we try to view the webinars on a mac, our exported power points just show Adobe Presenter loading screen that we uploaded as content.

And our captivate exports remain a black screen for a long time before showing the first page.

Like it's a blank page for like 5 minutes

This is being done as the person as a participant

Do mac's need a special plug in?

On mac Firefox, I can't even get it to download the plug-in to open it in connect
