"Nullen" im E-Learning nach Veröffentlichung in LMS

Hallo Zusammen,

kennt jemand das Problem? E-Learning wurde im LMS veröffentlicht, gestartet, kurz abgebrochen und wieder neu gestartet (also mit dem Lernen fortgefahren). Anschließend erscheinen, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, überall "Nullen". Im Menu selbst, in der Überschrift.... Hat hier jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte? Wurde mit Captivate classic erstellt. Danke für Eure Hilfe / Ideen.

    Sorry but although I understand German pretty well (Ich bin Flamen) I don't dare to write in Goethe's language.

    Could you tell me which exact version you are using? You find it under Help, About Captivate. Version 11.8 is pretty buggy compared with 11.5.5 but I never did see this type of problem so far.

    First of all we need to find out if the problem is due to Captivate or to the LMS. May I ask to test the published output on SCORM Cloud? Since you have Quizzing as a tag, I suppose you have activated Reporting and this is a SCO. The screenshot is not a quiz slide, correct? 

    If this is something new which is happening for this particular project, it is possible that either something is incompatible with the LMS or you have some corruption going on in the project. Do you have the same problem with a very simple project?

    The thing is, I can´t test this E-Learning in the SCORM Cloud because of our security standards ☹

    The Screenshot is a Menu slide, which automatically creates checkmarks when a chapter is completed.

    I´ve already published one where I didn´t have this issue.

     

    It only appears, when I stop the E-Learning and start again to continue…

    That is one of the versions which is very stable, less bugs. I use it for all my consultancy jobs. It is a relief that you are not using 11.8.

    You don't have to make it public when testing on SCORM Cloud, but I don't know your rules.

    It seems to be this project which is corrupt. Can you insert a screenshot of the Quiz Preferences, Reporting and Settings?

    Since you have a menu, I suspect you are not using a Table of Contents (TOC) but to avoid conflicts with the bookmarking by the LMS, I would suggest to check in the TOC settings if the option 'Self-paced Learning' is UNCHECKED.
