Number of slides viewed

Hi,

is there any advanced action that can help me  set invisible button visible once a certain number of slides (or %) is viewed? For example: user can navigate all slides in any order by clicking buttons on first slide and once he checks all slides a certain button will appear on that first slide... (this is just a rough example).

Thanks!

That is not the same as your first question. I have published a long time ago a Template for such a menu, where I have exactly that scenario:

The offer for the template (there is also a 5.5 version) is still valid. I need an e-mail address, which you can send me by private message (to avoid possible spam).

Yes, can be done by advanced actions, but you'll have to construct it yourself. There are no advanced actions just available like that.

And if you want more help, I need more information (as usual). Where is that button? Because a button is an interactive object, it cannot be set for the rest of the project. My question is: are you talking about One button on a specific slide?

    HI Lilybiri,

here is a bit more explained example:

First slide contains lets say 10 buttons. Each button leads to a difereent slide with text and "back" or "close" button that redirects to first slide with all 10 buttons. So this first slide is something like "menu". Each button on "menu" slide has an advanced action that hides itself when pressed down and shows the same button replica but with "selected" state, so this is something like tracking so that user knows which button he has pressed (which slide has been viewed) when he or she comes back to first slide (this part works, it is not a problem). Now, what I need is another button, 11th menu button that will become visible on "menu" slide when all 10 butons have been pressed- all 10 slides viewed. That 11th button will open Quiz slide (11th slide).

The problem is that there is no linear order in which all 10 buttons can be pressed, so that I can lead user to 11th page with questions. User can click 10 menu buttons randomly - and this is where my nightmare begins.  I need to enable 11th {quiz) button somehow on first slide when user views all 10 slides that I want him to see.

And to make it even more complicated, when quiz is finished I need to enable button no.12 which was invisible also, and which leads to another chapter of the course. I can do this by redirecting finished quiz to first menu slide replica that has all menu buttons and quiz button in "pressed down state". But still I need to figure out somehow that 11th button since that is "a must have".

    Any ideas? Thanks!
