Question

Object flickers at beginning of slide if animation applied

I've read some comments about flickering but not sure if they are specific to my issue or if this is still an outstanding issue.

created with Captivate 11.8.506, If I have an object on slide 1 eg. a shape which is static and then the same shape is also on slide 2 with an animation (eg alphato), the object flickers upon entering slide 2 and does not give a  clean transition between the slides. No transition effects  are applied to the slide or object.

The flicker is not evident  when playing on the time line only when previewed in browswer.

While the issue is not exactly the same  -  I wonder if you took a similar approach from this post a couple years ago...?

Perhaps it may lead to something.

Flickering happens mostly for shapes and SVGs when an effect is applied, so it could be the same problem.

Can you replace by a simple bitmap image, they do suffer most of this old pain. I don't see another solution since you want a seamless transition between two slides.
