Object order changing on its own

I have a caption box and an arrow on a slide. The arrow needs to be underneath the caption box, so I place it underneath on the timeline.  For some reason, it seems to move on its own above the caption box.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there a way to correct it?

    Thanks Rick!  Good to see you are still on this forum... it's been about 3 years for me since I've used Captivate and now I am using it again.
