Object Style Manager

I have an object style manager in a project that I want to use again in a template that I am creating.

I can't seem to export and import the manager.  Is there a way to do this?

Object Styles can be exported, not the manager. However it is much easier to save the theme as a custom theme (using the Themes menu). All object styles, the theme colors palette, the master slides and the skin (eventually also the Recording defaults) are included in a theme. Have a look at:
