In Captivate 8 can I give an Objects/Highlight Box and Action to go to the next slide?

What exactly do you want to do, please?

Only events can trigger actions. You can have a look at this blog post:

Events and (advanced) Actions - Captivate blog

You will read that out of the box, Captivate has slide events and interactive object events. A Highlight box is not an interactive object. For HTML output only, the CpExtra widget can add events to any object, but it is an external widget, not included with Captivate.

I asked what you wanted exactly to do? Maybe you can use the Delay Next Commands?
