Objects Properties Options not appearing?

Has anyone seen this before (highlighted in red)?

Where you are not able to see the submenus for Styles, Actions or Options?

Everything seems fine when I click on the slide, it is just when I click on buttons that I am seeing a problem with the menu visibility.
