Obtaining links to a published file

I have published two modules and added the links into a word document so some colleagues can review the modules. In the document are both swf and htm file links. Two people are able to click on the links and review the modules, but two others can't.  Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

I'd have to say that at this point you are looking at a basic links and permissions issue. Nothing really to do with Captivate at all.

What are the differences between the links that work and those that don't? My gut says that you will likely find that one PC works just dandy and others may not because on the PC where things work, you can "see" a drive letter that may not be present on the other PCs.
