On Captivate 9.0.2.437 and animations not working in Preview or Publish.

I've looked here to find fixes but all recommended options still not working. Anything new since folks last asked?

    Which type of animations: animated GIF, OAM, SWF? I have issues with animated GIF's, but only for SWF output, not for HTML output.

    Sorry, perhaps "animated" was the wrong word. I'm using text box  outlines that are timed to appear after a certain time, "EaseInTop" effects. They appear when you view them in the Captivate creation screens, but when you preview or publish, they cannot be seen.

    Appreciate any guidance.

    Can you post a screenshot of the timeline, with the Effect timeline expanded for that 'text box' - don't know if you mean a text container (caption or shape) or a Text Entry Box.
