"On Success" options won't drop down

Under Actions there's the "On Success" drop down menu. I can't get this to drop down though, so I can see all my options. If I hold my cursor over the button, I can scroll through the options one at a time. This makes it difficult to find what I'm looking for, and sometimes, I can't get it to scroll through at all. Is this a setting I can fix? Is it an Apple thing? It's incredibly frustrating. Please help.

    Maybe there is some corruption. Can you clean the Preferences? There should be a CleanPreferences file to be run in the Utils subfolder under the installation folder.

    I tried that and it didn't work BUT I did solve the problem. When the drop down box wasn't working I had my computer hooked up to a couple monitors at work. If I unhook the monitors the drop downs work flawlessly. I don't know if this is a glitch in my computer, the monitors, or Captivate itself, because it is rather odd. But anyways, as long as my computer isn't hooked up to anything it works, which will have to work for me.

    If it is due to having once a multiple monitor setup, did you try to Clean the Preferences?
