online file loading issue

All of my Captivate movies are online in an LMS. Sometimes a movie will load the first screen, but then go to white while the audio continues. This happens for only one person so far, but he is the project manager so I need to have an answer for him.

Has anyone ever encountered this or does anyone have any ideas about it?

    An image background with some captions and audio playing. Other times it is a capture background with captions and mouse movement and audio playing.

    Hi PotatoBug,

    As a matter of interest what happens if you add a loading screen to your project. Movie > Preferences > Loading screen (select the "Default Preloader")

    Does this make any difference?

    Hello PotatoBug,

    Yes, I have seen this (with a Breeze server) where we are streaming the Captivate content. What type of content on the slide where it goes blank.
