Only SWF files are publishing

This has happened twice now to a couple of my designers...when they are publishing SWF to deploy to our LMS the only files that display in the zip file are swf...two I believe relating to the skin(?). But nothing else. Help?

    Hi there

    When Publishing, has the option Export HTML been cleared? If so, that would certainly explain it.

    How would I do that? It is not editable for me from the Publish window.
