Only top portion of responsive project appears when viewed using Smartphone

Hello everyone,

I have a question I am hoping you guys could help me with!

I am creating a Responsive Project to be viewed on mobile devices. My LMS is Success Factors and my Smartphone is an Android (I use the Success Factors app).

When I upload the course/content and launch it from my phone, I can only see half of the course (see image below).

I have tried this several months before and have been able to see the whole course, so I don't know why I am experiencing difficulties now. I took my ZIP file and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud and aside from an error message, everything plays fine.

Have any of you encountered this problem before and if so, what solutions have you tried?
