Open another project and jump to slide (Captivate 2019)

Could I ask for your advice about Open another project and jump to slide in Adobe Captivate 2019.

I’m a bit confused about Javascript. 😞

First question: Is this content being delivered by an LMS using the SCORM standard?

If the answer is YES, then you cannot use JavaScript or even normal Open URL actions in Captivate to jump to the other project.
