Open Captivate files from SharePoint
Is it possible to open a .cptx file from SharePoint online and it open the file in Captivate?

Do not do that. Download the cptx file to your system to work on it. After finishing you can upload the updated file to SP. Captivate should not be used to work on files from a networked or external folder.
