I think you may be mistaken about what these forums are for. While they do serve a support function, it's basically user to user with Adobe staff occassionally dropping by to help.
Given you are stating a "case number", you need to contact whomever issued the case number. I'd be surprised to find that department here answering questions.
Along with the case number, were you provided any contact details?
thank you for the response. I just havent heard anything about my case and wanted someone to respond. I was given an email to send my captivate file to that i was having issues with. The email address is: tcssup@adobe.comi'm having some action scripting issues. I can post my question on the forum if that would get a quicker response. or if I could email you my captivate file and explain my issue that would be helpful as well. let me konw, thanks!-Rob
