Open Library question
In order to use the Open Library file how do I save Libraries?

That is one of the few buttons in the Library I will never use. To open the library of another project, I always use File, Import, External Library. The button you are talking about will show ia dropdown list with already once opened libraries.
Nothing has to be done no saving. Library is saved when the project is saved. I think you should read my blog post about Libraries:
