Open SCORM after completion

Hello!

I have a strange question that i'm not sure if it is the LMS or something in captivate. 

I have a course being piloted and one user did it just fine and one is saying that she dind't get to finish yet it marked her as completed. 

Is there a way to A) keep a SCORM object open just be looked at and/or B) open up a scorm package back up after completion?
