Open URL

Ok hopefully someone will be able to help. I have inported a Power Point show (16 Slides) and created an animated button for each page such that when the user is ready to move forward they click the button. On the last page I want the button to take them to a URL, however I have not been able to accomplish this. It simply makes a clicking noice but goes nowhere. I have changed from current, new, etc. It just won't open the website! CS couldn't help can you?
