Open URL or Hyperlink Not Working for Apps (Adobe Captivate 2017)

Hope everyone one's doing fine.

My hyperlinks (On Success > Open URL or File) added on a button are not working after installing the apk on the phone.

e.g. A button that will direct you to a website or Facebook page.

Button works perfectly on a web browser when previewing but after publishing for devices, upload the zip file in phonegap build account website, Adobe PhoneGap Build, download the apk and install on a phone or any mobile devices, runs the app and tried the button, it doesn't work at all.

It started when I updated from Adobe Captivate 9 to Adobe Captivate 2017 Release.

My Adobe Captivate 2017 Release version 10.0.0.192

Tried isolating the problem through the following:

1. Tried to rule out fluid box issue:
   • Removed the button in the fluid box, still not working.
   • Created a script for the open URL and used Execute Advanced Action, still didn't work.
   • Entirely created a new responsive project then had only 2 slides without using fluid box, for test sake, 1st slide with the button and 2nd slide just a thank you note. Button still didn't work.
2. Tried to use the text caption/click box/ with the link, still links are not working.

Could this be a known issue?

Have you guys experienced the same thing?

Any workaround is greatly appreciated.
