Opening Captivate 2019 projects in Captivate 2017

Is it possible to open a Captivate 2019 project in a Captivate 2017 application?

    The answer is NO, you cannot open a project created with version 11.5 or 11.0 n a previous version. I edited your question because there is no CP2020,  the most recent version is 11.5 still indicated as CP2019.
