opening files on different computers issue

Hello,

At our organisation we share our Captivate 8 files between our Visual designer and different Multimedia developers, this has highlighted formatting issues ranging from different fonts displaying to alignment issues where the smart guides have been reset.

Is this a known issue, and is there a solution?

    Are they all running the same version of Captivate 8 (the patched version)?

    Are they all running the same operating system (Win or MAC)?

    Hi Rod,

    Thank you for replying.

    We were using Mac and PC at first, and thought this was the issue, so we stayed with just PC. All computers are using 8.0.1.242

    Do all PC's have the same fonts installed? If you think about HTML5 output or responsive projects, it is better to keep with web safe fonts.
