Opening Sidebar

Is there a way to open and close a Flash player sidebar from a slide in a Presenter show? I suspect this can be done with Visual Basic but my knowledge of VB is minimal.

The side bar is either there or it's not. There is not option to have it appear on some slides and not on others.

Please ignore the VB part of this question. I was looking at it in PPT and had some brain slippage. I'm sure that what I want to do would have to be done in Presenter.
