Opening webpage from Button error after publishing:

Hi,

I have inserted a button and I have a vaild URL link entered into the "Open URL or external file", then when I preview with F8 for example I'm able to click on my button and it will open the webpage in an external browser window. The problem is when I go and publish my project for the web as a Flash (.swf) file, and then open the published .htm page or the published .swf page when I try to click on the button it only shows the Hand cursor on my button and no action is performed when it's clicked. It doesn't even open the browser at all, no new tab is open in Firefox for example either. I just dont understand why it works when I generate a preview in Captivate 5 and doesn't work after published? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
