Other designers not able to open Captivate 8 file from shared drive.

We all have Dell, Windows 7, 64 bit. I've created cptx files in Captivate 8 which I can open from my computer and saved in a shared drive. However, the other designers cannot open the files from their computer using Captivate 8. Did I somehow lock the cptx file?

Your colleagues should not try to open from the shared drive, but copy to their system. If you locked the file there should be a .lck file in the same folder as where you stored the cptx-file.

Is everyone using the same version of Captivate and as administrator?
