Paste Text and Match Formatting

Does anyone know how to paste text and have it match the current formatting?

I have been doing it fine until today.

Normally, I would copy text from a Word document and when I pasted the text onto a slide in Captivate, the text would match the formatting on the slide.  Now, when I paste, the text keeps the formatting from the Word document.

I don't know why that setting changed but it would be REALLY helpful to get it back.

Any ideas?
