Question

Payment during the Captivate Quiz.

Hi everyone, is it possible somehow to enter a form of payment during a quiz in Adobe Captivate? The project involves a series of questions, at the end of which a payment will be requested, if the payment is made the results page will be shown.

Is there a way to do it, even an unusual one?
For example, would it be possible to redirect the user to a payment page and then be redirected to the results page?

Thank you so much,
Marco

We use a combination of lead pages and Stripe. You can do Stripe by itself, but is fairly compicated. Your course also needs to be running on a secure server (https) in order for it to work.

There are plenty of e-commerce solutions out there that allow you to inject code into your HTML web page to assist with the payment process but this is not a standard feature of Adobe Captivate. My guess is that you would need a custom solution that would require the passing of variables from JavaScript to and from Adobe Captivate to determine if successful payment was made. Is it possible? Yes, but you would need someone who is an expert in the e-commerce solution in question and also a JavaScript expert as well.
