Percent correct on quiz is not correct

I have a quiz that has four questions in Captivate 6.  If I answer three of the four questions correctly, Captivate tells me that I have only got 67 percent correct.  If anyone can tell me where I have gone wrong on that, I would be most grateful.

Hello there,

It seems that you have 3 questions in the project and you are anwering 2 questions correct.

Check in the quiz properties of all the 4 questions and check all the 4 questions are Graded.

Thanks.

Hi Rob,

Have a look at the Advanced Interaction panel (F9): it will give you an overview of all the scored objects and question slides. At the top you'll find the Total score. Varun could be correct that one of your question slides is not included in the total score, that one of them is set to be a Survey question (not graded in that case). This seems a bit strange if you just inserted default question slides. But you can have a lot more scored objects, you didn't tell what kind of file you are talking about. Could you also check the version number, please? Did you install the patch released in October? If yes, the version number is 6.0.1.240 (there were some issues in certain scenarios with the quizzing system variables in the first release).

Many thanks, Lilybiri!  I wasn't aware of F9.  You and Varun have solved the problem.

Rob

Thank you Varun.  Your diagnosis was right on the mark!  One of the questions was not graded.  Many thanks!
