Percentage score not reporting to LMS - Custom Quiz Slides - Captivate 13.0 (SCORM 2004 v4)

I’m facing a reporting issue with Adobe Captivate 13.0!--tgqphd|[]--> and I’m looking for some insight.!--tgqphd|[]-->

The setup:!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

• Version:!--tgqphd|[]--> Adobe Captivate 13.0!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
• Standard:!--tgqphd|[]--> SCORM 2004 4th Edition!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
• Project Structure:!--tgqphd|[]--> I am using custom quiz slides!--tgqphd|[]--> (interactive objects with reporting enabled) instead of the standard question slides.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
• Result Slide:!--tgqphd|[]--> The system Result Slide is present in the project but it is hidden!--tgqphd|[]-->.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

The problem:!--tgqphd|[]-->
The total percentage score is not being communicated to the LMS. The completion status seems to work, but the score remains at 0 or is not tracked at all, even though all interactive objects have "Include in Quiz" checked with assigned points.!--tgqphd|[]-->

What I've checked so far:!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

1. Reporting is enabled in Preferences.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
2. "Report quiz score as percentage" is selected.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
3. The Point total in "Advanced Interactions" (F9) matches my expectations.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

My questions:!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

• Does the Result Slide need to be visible!--tgqphd|[]--> for the cmi.score.scaled!--tgqphd|[]--> to be sent in Captivate 13?!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
• Is there a specific trigger or "On Success" action required on the final custom slide to force the score submission in SCORM 2004 v4?!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
• Has anyone noticed a bug in version 13.0 regarding score aggregation for custom-scored objects?!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
