Pictures not displaying - help!

Hi there,

I am using Captivate 8 on Cloud, and when i preview the project, some of my pictures either disappear, or produce a red box. The images are currently in a JPG format and i have tried changing it to BMP, TIF and PNG to no avail.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you uncheck all Compression options in Publish settings? Often this is due to transparency in a PNG file, but since you are seeing it also with a JPEG file it is not the cause here.
