Pillarboxing in Captivate Fullscreen Standalone Presentations

I'm trying to create a standalone presentation viewable in different screen resolutions in fullscreen mode [through Captivate 3].

Is there a way to avoid letterboxing [white bars drawn at the top and bottom of the presentation] or pillarboxing [white bars drawn at the sides of the presentation] in fullscreen standalone presentations?

Hi there

There is only one way that I'm aware of to accomplish this. And if you do, you probably won't like the results!

If you publish as SWF/.HTM combination you are able to configure the HTML page so that it will stretch the movie.

Stretching Captivate movies will always have an adverse effect on the quality of what you see. How bad it becomes is dependent upon how much you are stretching or shrinking things.

Cheers... Rick
