Play Bar and Closed Captions Not Scaling When Zoom In or Out in Published Project

For context, I am currently using Captivate 12.3. When I publish my projects, I am running into a continued problem: the closed captions and the play bar are not scaling up or down in size when I zoom in or out when I play the project. This leads to my closed captions and play bar taking over the entire screen. Has anyone had this issue before or know how to solve it? No matter the size we make the closed captions, we still have this issue. Does anyone know any features or steps I am missing?
