Play bar won't hide

I hope someone can assist.

I have set my preferences (with a check in the box)  to 'hide playbar in quiz'. I have also gone into 'Themes' Skin Editor' and made sure that 'show playback control' is unchecked yet it continues to appear in my preview.

I am using Captivate 9 and it isa non-responsive project as it sits in a clients iFrame.

    Sounds a strange issue: which type of preview did you use? If you uncheck the playbar (and the borders) in the Skin editor, normally it is not necessary at all to add the Quiz preference to hide the playbar at all. Is this what you want: never see the playbar?
