Play Media Video interaction grayed out - any idea?

Hi,

When trying to add Play Media interaction I have noticed that there is only an Audio option and the Video option is greyed out.

Have anyone experienced using this option already? is it applicable only to some cases?

I do not have an answer for you. The documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/help/create-interactions.html) indicates for both Play Media and Stop Media that it affects both "audio and video". It is gray for me, too; and when I do insert a Slide video component - Stop media does not allow you to select the video playing nor does it have any effect on the Slide video playing.
