Playback Issue, mystery slide showing

Hi!

Im about out of all ideas as to what to do to fix this...

Ive got a simple project just started up.  So far it just has one small video intro which is then supposed to go into another video demo.  The same thing works well in another part of the project which is separate.  I had been having so many problems witht he first slide transitioning to the second (it just kept going back to the first) that i deleted it. After some time and checking simple settings - i find that the second slide is now showing the first intro slide and its not even part of the video itself.  If I play it back from the play head it plays fine but if I run the playback it shows this phantom slide!  I really hope this makes some kind of sense.  Ive truely tried everything from checking all settings, clearing cache - Im not a newbie user of Captivate using it since v3.  Please help! time is running out for me
