Playback of MP4 via IPAD and Safari

Hello,

I am using Captivate 8.01 and am inserting a .mp4 file as an event video into a multiple slide on-line training module.  The actual video is on its own page  I am able to export and view the video without an issue on a PC via a web browser, but when I try and view the video on my IPAD Air 2 using the latest Apple IOS (8.2) and the Safari web browser via the Cornerstone LMS I am experiencing issues.  I am seeing one of three different scenarios.  I have seen it play the .mp4 video without an issue a couple of times, but most of the time the video will play, but either I will get a quick little pop and then no audio while the .mp4 is playing or there are instances where I hear a high screeching sound while the video is playing.  The other slides within the training module do include a voice over and there is no issues with being able view or listen to those pages via the IPAD.
