Playbar not Keyboard Accessible in CP 2019

Hello everyone - I am struggling with one issue that is keeping a project 508 complaint...Using Chrome, the playbar does not activate with keyboard functions or arrow keys.  Accessibility is turned on in the project.  Is there something I am missing?

    I figured out the solution.  On the Project: Publish Settings screen I had "Restrict keyboard tabbing to slide items only" selected.  Once I removed it I was able to access the playbar.
