Player customization in Adobe Captivate 2019

I have developed a customized progress bar as shown below.  

The blue line shows its progress along with the content.

Now the requirement is to enable the navigation feature where the user can click and drag / navigate the content. Can I get some help on enabling the click and drag / navigate future?
