Player Overlay Selected in Skin Editor but player is not overlaying

I am only using play and back buttons. So I wanted the playbar to overlay the slides. But selecting "Playbar Overlay" makes no difference. 

In the preview, it overlays. But the preview to devices or in a browser does not overlay the player.

I am using Captivate 2019. In the skin editor I have the following:

Skin: Club (Modified)

Playbar: MobilePlaybar

For background, I turned the alpha to 0% to it is transparent.

Also, in the skin editor preview, the back button is right next to the play button on the bottom left. But when actually published, the back button is way over in the lowe right corner.

Can you mention the full version number, please? You find it under Help, About Captivate. There are many different releases for CP2019. 

Can you insert a screenshot? Is this a responsive or non-responsive project?

For your last question: turn off Stretch, please.
