Please can you give me a step-by-step guide to publish for SCORM?

Question

I have captured an assessment and when I try to play it in moodle I get a variety of errors.

Please can you tell me step by step how to publish for SCORM, some articles say deselect html5 others refer to the manifest and it should state imsmanifest. I am very confused!
