Please Help me with Reporting!!!!

I am looking at using Captivate to create online training courses within local government and I am wondering what my options are regarding reporting?

Is the email function a reasonable format?
What is AICC?
What is SCORM?
What is Question mark perception?
What is Adobe Connect Server?

Is there a cheap easy to use LMS I can use?

Any help anyone can give on any of the points would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't think it addresses Adobe Connect, but the following Developer Center article discusses most of the available reporting options:

    Funny thing... cheap and easy to use are not words one normally associates with an LMS. Expensive and finicky are words that I'd use, but perhaps my experience differs significantly from everybody else's.
