Populating Subject in a mailto command

In Captivate 2, I created a project where the user clicks on a graphic (invisible button), which activates a mailto command.

It is set up to mail to: first.last@domain.com?subject=I%20got%20to%20the%20end!

This worked yesterday, but now it does not work. When I click on the button, it opens up my e-mail with the address field populated, but no longer does the subject show up.

I wouldn't be so concerned if it didn't work yesterday. What could cause such inconsistencies? How can I nail it down?

    Oh, I forgot to mention that I use Outlook 2003 SP2 for my e-mail client. I don't use subject arguments in mailto commands often, so I can't discern if the problem lies in Captivate or in Outlook.
