Position of the radio button to the answer is not in proper alignment.

How do I get the radio button and the answer option to align? (See below.) I am not sure what happened to get it this way.  I have tried changing the width, font, font type, replaced the slide, etc and have not been able to solve it.  No matter the question type, true-false, multiple choice, multiple selection, it always appears like this.Thanks in advance for your help.

    Check your preferences to see if you have Autosize Captions turned on.  If so, turn it off and create a new question.
