Post Results button is disabled

Hi,

In quiz prefernces for the option "If Failing Grade" i set Allow Users to 5 . When users takes quiz and fails the quiz on first attempt Post result button does not appear instead just retake button appears. How can i give flexibility to users either submit results on the first attempt it self even user failed on the first attempt and at the same time provide the option to take exam multiple times?
