Posting a Captivate Project in another format

Is there a way to publish a Captivate 2019 project into a different format than HTML.  This project won't be hosted on an LMS.  The customer was asking about MP 3 or MP4.

MP3 is an audio format, like a podcast. You can create a podcast from the Audio dialog box, but I doubt this is what you want.

MP4 is a passive video format. Yes, you can publish any cptx project to video, but that means that you'll lose all interactivity.

You don't need a LMS to upload a Captivate project published to HTML5, you just need a webserver. It is like a website. You need a LMS only if you want to manage user accounts and track progress of the users. You have already seen published projects on my blog, which is not a LMS but I use part of my domain as a webserver.
