Posting to URL

Is it possible to post test results to a URL rather than send them in an e-mail? We want to allow registered users to be able to take our Captivate course on-line for either 6 months, or until they submit a passing score from the quiz in Captivate, at which time their password would be deactivated. Using their e-mail will be too unreliable since they could take the course from their home computer or their work computer, so we really need to be able to post the information to a web page where we can then have them verify their identity.

The other possibility is using the "Execute JavaScript" option upon successfully passing the quiz. My question there would be Are there javascript variables that would allow me to send information like the test score?
