PowerPoint numbering Showing Incorrectly

Hi,

I have imported PowerPoint slides into Captivate v9.0 that have numbering on them (numbers instead of bullets). They show correctly on the Captivate design view but not in the preview or publication. Screen shots attached.

Please see attached screen shots. How do I resolve please?

    Hi,

    Ideally it should not behave like this.

    Can you check the exact version of Adobe Captivate,(Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate) It must be updated to 9.0.2.437 . If it is not updated then Go to Help > Update.

    Also can you try to reproduce the same behavior in a new blank project as well.

    If you still want to be using PowerPoint, your best bet would be NOT to use the default automated numbering.  Just hard-code your numbers in PowerPoint.  Then they will come out the same once you pull that into Captivate.
