PowerPoint parsing into Captivate 8 issues - where are the Adobe personnel to get this right?

In Captivate 5.5 I can import PowerPoint slides without any problems, BUT in Captivate 8 the parsing is TERRIBLE (even in high fidelity) leaving me with this result:

I have checked the size of the PP page vs the size of the Captivate software simulation video. I have imported it into an existing capture, I have started a new PowerPoint project and I have imported it into a new Blank project. Nothing works! The parsing is still terrible.

I have now read a number of Forum posts about problems with importing PP into Captivate 8 - NONE of which had answers.

So my real question here is: where are the actual Adobe staff members to answer this question and FIX THE PROBLEM! I have a contract to make videos for a company and I will lose my contract if I cannot produce good quality work.

This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!

    Correct answer Lilybiri

No one is paid here, except the occasional staff user that pops in. As I told: I am not paid at all! From what I heard, the Articulate forum is acting the same way?

Sorry, but this is a USER forum, not technical support from Adobe.

I still wonder why people use Captivate to convert PPT, why not use a real plug-in for PPT (which is presentation software)?

    Hi Lilybiri

Firstly - I use Captivate extensively for software simulation recordings with PP pages in between to break it into chunks. (If I didn't I would use my Articulate Storyline software.)

I know this is a Forum - but isn't it run by Adobe for paying Adobe USERS?  Whenever I try to scratch around the Adobe website for technical support I get directed to the Forums. So I am extremely frustrated to say the least.... (After all, Adobe isn't freeware so leave the support up to kind-hearted fellow users to respond to instead of paid designers?)

What bugs me no end is that it this functionality worked perfectly well in previous Captivate versions but is a total train smash for version 8...

I would like to hear how I can report this to someone at Adobe and have this bug fixed! Asap.

    Thanks
