Powerpoint presentation can not be imported. Is there a work around for this?

My Powerpoint presentation isn't being imported into my new Captivate document.

I tried using the Import Powerpoint button on the opening screen. It appeared to convert the file from .pptx to .ppt. However, all I got was a blank page. The import all button didn't work.

Then I tried importing it from a new blank document using File>Import function. Same problem.

Is there something I need to do to the Powerpoint file to work? Is there another work around?
